Eeeeekkk! Just a few days left until Christmas! 🤩

Why do I bother with meal prepping?! Because good food = good mood 🥰 and even though we may have some extra treats during Christmas, I find the 'convenience' of having breakfasts and snacks etc. prepped and ready to go makes eating healthy easier... plus decision fatigue at this time of year is real! So this makes our days easier with less stress 🙌🏻
