Magnesium Oil

There’s so many amazing health benefits from using magnesium oils and creams but the store bought versions are expensive... this is a simple and cheap alternative plus by adding essential oils, your also giving your body extra support
50gr hot water
50g magnesium chloride flakes (I use less for my kids)
30 drops of essential oils (my favourite is AromaTouch)
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until magnesium has dissolved.
2. Transfer into glass spray bottle.
