Every week our meal prep varies in size depending on what we have planned for the week ahead, how bare our fridge and pantry are looking and the commitments we have on the weekend [which effects the amount of time I have spare].
 
My point is, please don't get caught up on how little time you have to put aside for meal prepping and please don't compare... even in 30 mins, you could whip up a couple of things that will help to make your week ahead more 'convenient' like veggie sticks, bircher muesli and a raw treat or two. The fact that you are meal prepping deserves a 👊🏻** fist bump
