  We have had such an epic Sunday - YES it is 41oC in Perth!! #itslikeanovenoutside It was a pretty sweaty 5.30am training session - made me feel like I was pushing harder but I think it was due to the heat 🙈😆 We were at the beach by 7.30am and enjoyed a couple of hours soaking up the sun and sea breeze - the water was MAGNIFICENT! 😍 And now we are home in the air con 👌🏻 So I’ve finished off our meal prep and the oven is not being switched on again 🙅🏻‍♀️😂 Pictured: 🍽 broccoli salad...
