I am now three weeks out from my next triathlon 🤩 so I am focused on nourishing my body to help with recovery from training... this meal prep helps me do that throughout our busy weeks 🙌🏻As a little update, I am still following low FODMAP eating as per my dietician but I have been doing challenges of particular foods to help determine what might be flaring up my gut (that is a work in progress)...
